There are multiple ways you can check the status and track your order.

You should have received a confirmation email when you placed your email, contained in that email is a link to your order status.

You can also create an account (use the same email as your order,) once it is created you can track all your orders there.

At last, there is this handy page where you can enter your email & order number and it will bring up the status page of your order.

All products on the web-site are available to the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We currently only ship Wild Child Bike products outside the U.S. Daddylab products can ship to Canada.

Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please call or email if you are on a tight deadline and we will try everything possible to accommodate.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note some items may have a longer processing time, which is noted on the product page.

Wild Child Bikes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Wild Child Bikes will help facilitate domestic claims.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Yes, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please check your junk/spam mail if you have not received any confirmation emails.

After processing, we ship all orders (except for pre-orders), the next business day.

We use USPS Priority and UPS ground for most orders, typical transit time is 2-5 days. However, this is not guaranteed.  Upgraded/epxress shipping is available at checkout for a more guaranteed delivery time.

Wild Child Bikes ships most products to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. You will be notified if we do not ship to your location or you will be unable to proceed checkout.

Yes we do.  At checkout you can select a rate and delivery time. If you do select express shipping please note there is still processing time. We will expedite your processing in the case you select an express shipping option.

Wild Child Bikes does offer express shipping internationally which will be offered at checkout. Please contact us if you do not see this option available; We will manually create an invoice and quote you for the desired delivery date.

Wild Child Bikes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, broker, etc.).

Wild Child Bikes will find the best rate for international  shipments per order basis. Typically transit time is between 7-14 days, however, it can be longer from time to time.

// Returns, Refund, and Exchanges

Wild Child Bikes does except returns for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, all sales final.

Assuming you have read our returns policy and your item qualifies for a return, you may contact us in the manner that is most convenient for you.  Please include the order number and the item you wish to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once we receiver and inspect the item we will follow up with you on how to proceed.
